PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

1.Your credit card will be charged by us, and the suppliers will receive a voucher from us covering the services you have booked.
2.Your credit card will be automatically debited in full 7 days before arrival.
3. Services may be cancelled up to 3 full working days (Sunday to Thursday) before the start of services and are subject to a US$ 50.00 handling fee.
4. Cancellations made within 3 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 2 nights stay fee.
5. For non show there is a penalty equal to 3 nights fee.
6. No refunds for unused services.

3. The balance due will be automatically debited 10 days before arrival.
4. Services may be changed/cancelled up to 7 working days (Sunday to Thursday) before the start of services and are subject to a US$ 50.00 handling fee.
5. Cancellations made within 7 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 3 nights stay fee.
6. No refunds for unused services.

A reservation will only be considered cancelled if you have a cancellation number from our reservation center.
We are open Sundays - Thursdays 08:00am until 5:00pm. Fridays and Saturdays our office is closed the whole day.

Tourist is a person who entered Israel with a foreign passport and his passport was stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3.
All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship are subject to 18% V.A.T.
